Holy Trinity Church recently issued the following announcement.
GIFT BAG PROJECT
In the spirit of the first Thanksgiving, we ask all our families to please prepare a Christmas gift bag for a needy child or teenager in our community. Tie the label (for a boy or girl of a particular age) on the handle of the gift bag. Secure the two handles of the bag with a twisty to secure the contents. The gifts can be brought to school or Church anytime between now and November 21st. Please do not include food items. Some suggestions are soap, toothbrush, shampoo, small toy, scarf, hat, socks, crayons, pens and pencils.
