Street Resurfacing Project will take place on August 15th to August 19th on Vaughn Road, Jeanette Drive, Geneva Drive and Jackson Drive.
On August 15th thru August 19th, 2022 5:00 am to 5:00 pm Vaughn Road, Jeanette Drive Geneva Drive and Jackson Drive will be Closed with NO PARKING for the street’s resurfacing project. The project will consist of a Chip Seal followed by a Fog Sealing of the roadway. Any cars remaining on the street between this time are subject to being towed at the owners’ expense. LOCAL Access to residents’ homes will be allowed but NO PARKING will be permitted from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm during the duration of paving.
On approximately August 19th, 2022, the first phase of resurfacing will be complete.
The Chip Seal will then sit for a short period of time. The roadway will be closed for the final Fog Seal application a few weeks later. Road closure for the second application has not been determined to date, however; NO PARKING signs will be posted two business days prior to the second application with dates and times.
The street resurfacing Fog Seal project should be completed September 30th, 2022, weather permitting.
