Borough of Denver issued the following announcement on Aug. 23.
Vehicle access to the recycling dumpster will require a Borough Lot card. Pedestrian access will not. This dumpster is for recycling materials only, for Eagle Disposal Recycling customers that are Denver Borough residents only.
