Over the past seven years, the seed and plant give-away now known as Mindful Eating Healthy Living from The Ground Up has grown to include twelve community partners providing everything from seeds, vegetable and flower plants to fresh produce, nutritional information and gardening classes. This is a two-day program that occurs in May and takes place in neighborhoods where people live, work and play, making it more accessible and friendly.

The project is possible thanks to the support of the community and its partners who donate the seeds, plants, produce and their time to make this such a success.
