On Friday, April 18, former Warwick High School standout Roxy Smithson’s current college team, the West Chester Golden Rams, won 9-5 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Mansfield Mountaineers.
The game took place at Helen Lutes Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Mountaineers this season.
The Golden Rams’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 19 at 1 p.m. at WCU Softball field against Shippensburg Raiders.
Rep. Tom Jones, who represents Lancaster and Lebanon counties, has voted against the latest Pennsylvania state budget, citing concerns over increased spending that exceeds the state’s revenues.
Pennsylvania Auditor General Tim DeFoor will be present at an upcoming Coffee and Conversation event hosted by Rep. Tom Jones (R-Lancaster/Lebanon) in Elizabethtown.
These former North Lancaster County area high school standouts will be competing during the week of Monday, Sept. 8.
