On Saturday, March 15, former Elizabethtown Area Senior High School standout Ava Fair’s current college team, the Frostburg State Bobcats, won 1-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Davis & Elkins Senators.
The game took place at Bobcat Field. This was their second matchup against the Senators this season.
The Bobcats’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 16 at 1 p.m. at Bobcat Field against West Virginia Wesleyan Bobcats.
Rep. Tom Jones, who represents Lancaster and Lebanon counties, has voted against the latest Pennsylvania state budget, citing concerns over increased spending that exceeds the state’s revenues.
Pennsylvania Auditor General Tim DeFoor will be present at an upcoming Coffee and Conversation event hosted by Rep. Tom Jones (R-Lancaster/Lebanon) in Elizabethtown.
These former North Lancaster County area high school standouts will be competing during the week of Monday, Sept. 8.
